			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cash America, the nation’s largest pawn and payday loan retailer, has hired McDonald Marketing to conduct an analysis of its pawn locations to determine how many are “high potential Hispanic locations”.  Hispanic consumers are an increasingly greater percentage of Cash America’s customer base <span id="more-1668"></span>and the company has developed marketing communications in Spanish to serve this customer base. Identifying which markets and which store locations need Spanish marketing to reach customers is critical to growing sales. Cash America has 482 pawn locations. McDonald Marketing will complete the analysis by end of February.</p>

Cash America is actively recruiting and hiring for new positions in Mexico and is translating <span id="more-1572"></span>all of their associate training manuals and operating guides into Spanish to meet the needs of their Mexican employees.</p>
<p>The extensive translation work was awarded to McDonald Marketing. The agency has been doing all of the translation work for Cash America’s marketing department for more than a year. This is the agency’s first assignment from the corporate training division.</p>
